Coverage: finalized records for 1951–2025 (75 years)

Choose a date range and a region to list the typhoons that approached during that period (year, name, and approach dates) from past finalized records. You can check how often the dates of a trip or event have overlapped with typhoons in the past.

An "approach" is counted on each date when the center of a typhoon came within 300 km of any staffed weather station in the region, following the JMA definition. Preliminary values for the current year are not included.

These are statistics compiled from observations for 1951–2025 (75 years), not a weather forecast for any particular day. For the latest forecasts, see the JMA website.
